Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm to you that we have received your order. An order may be rejected by us notwithstanding that we have confirmed receipt of your order and that you have provided us with a valid credit card and/or e-coupon. If your order is successfully accepted, you will receive an Order Confirmation from us in respect of the relevant Products and we will not have entered into a legally binding contract with you in respect of any of the Products specified in your order until such time.
We do not guarantee that the Products will be available for sale at any time. If we are unable to fulfill any order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability to any person. We will notify you of any out-of-stock items on your order. We will not be held further responsible for the out of stock products.
You must use PayPal or a recognized credit card including Visa, MasterCard and/or e-coupon to pay for the products at the time of purchase. All prices are in Hong Kong dollars. You hereby represent and warrant that you are the lawful holder of the credit card used to pay for the Products. Collection of the Products will only be arranged after we have received the full cost of the Products (including the selling price and any surcharge).
